Japanese Lacquer Box With Silver, Gold and Copper Raft and Flower Design pendant this very fine Northwest CoastThis beautiful vintage Japanese lacquer box, circa 1920s 40s, features an elegant relief design in shades of silver, gold and copper depicting floating bridges or rafts, flower and leaves. Fine lines suggesting reeds extend gracefully across the lid and down the front side of the box. The box is in excellent overall condition, with very light spotting to the surface of the lacquer visible under bright light, as documented here. This finely made box
