A Wehrmacht Heer (Army) Standard Issue K98 Bayonet Frog Newly Listed WWI 1916 British Officer's CompassConstructed of three pieces of thick black heavy duty leather; with heavy grade twill machine stitching throughout; two rivets to reduce wear from rubbing (one partially broken); with pouch to set the bayonet scabbard into; missing the loop for placing the frog onto the standard issue belt; unmarked; measuring 174 mm x 55 mm; with small cracks in the leather throughout; fine condition.
