Constructed of a silvered zink alloy, on loop for suspension from its period original bow tie style ribbon with eagle device, consisting of a double sided oval oak leaf wreath, joined together at the top and bottom by ribbon, the obverse bearing a central raised mobile swastika situated within wheat stalks, the reverse bearing a raised
