Constructed of red cotton, the exterior bearing a central white cotton disc, overlaid by a black ink mobile swastika, flanked by a pair of partially legible stamps, otherwise unmarked, measuring 182 mm (w) x 106 mm (h) when folded on a flat surface, with moderate soiling evident throughout, in very fine condition.
