Constructed of a field frey rayon backer bearing a machine embroidered grey Police style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika inside of an oval oak leaf wreath, unmarked, measuring 100 mm (w) x 95 mm (h), in unissued and extremely fine condition.
