Consuelo 2019 Craziness 3 some acidity and a touchThe Consuelo from Alfredo Maestro is a macerated Albillo. The vines were planted between 1891 and 1910 and only 600 bottles were made this year. It is a super dry wine with interesting herbal, woody notes, perhaps hay. Yellow grapefruit and lime aromas and a beautiful salty minerality!
