Haltec Radial TC-30 Truck Tire O-Ring Bead Seater for 13 inch Rims 26x10x14 Box of 20 PREMA PCS-2Haltec's TC 30 is a one piece rubber O ring style rubber tube for mounting hard to seat 13 inch radial or bias truck tires. As the tire is inflated, the lubricated bead seater forms a seal between the rim and tire allowing the air pressure to force the beads into the rim flange.
