NOVARA, unmarked, measuring 3. 5 cm (w) x 93 cm (l), demonstrating only minor material fatigue, a scarce example of a tally ribbon issued to a crew member of a scout cruiser which participated in the Battle of the Strait of Otranto in extremely fine condition.
