Constructed of dual pieces of card stock, held together by a woven red and white string, securing in place a gilded bronze oak leaf, dated 8 9 October 1938, address to a recipient with the surname Brunner, measuring 117 mm (w) x 153 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
