The Basic Range series does just that they are easy to see and easy to read. By eliminating the 1 8 inch markings and the Turn a Round feature, literally over half of the markings are removed. The remaining 1 4 inch; 1 2 inch and 1 inch markings are printed with a whole inch grid. Thats right without the Turn a Round feature, a 6 inch ruler truly measures six inches not 6 1 2 inches. Therefore they are printed so they read correctly
