Distilled from 70% malted barley and 30% corn, this non age statement whisky was aged in ex bourbon, sherry, and wine casks before being finished for over 11 months in Pedro Ximnez sherry casks. The resulting spirit displays aromas of brown sugar, cacao, and black cherry with a fruity and confectionary palate of dried apricot, lemon poppyseed
