Constructed of 18K Gold with enamels, consisting of a Cross Patte with white enameled arms joined through the quadrants by stylized rays, the obverse bearing a central white enameled medallion overlaid by a Gold monogram of King Wilhelm I, situated within a Gold ring, the reverse bearing an analogous medallion and monogram similarly
