A finely enameled red eight pointed silver gilt star with typical Albanian ball finials, surmounted by princely crown suspension also in silver gilt, the obverse is featuring a central enameled black double headed eagle, surrounded by inscription BESE E BASHKIM (Loyalty and Union), the reverse centre is embossing monogram of William, surrounded by an enameled red border inscribed institution date (March 26th 1914), measuring 51. 80
