The 2015 once again shows off the old school, old vine character of this site. Please note the greenish hue on the edge of the glass, which is indicative of the health of the wine. Intriguing aromas of white flowers, quince, and fusil oils waft up from the glass. Oily richness in the mouth is indicative of the vine age. Spiced
