Constructed of a white cotton twill base, the exterior bearing a black dyed Heer style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 20. 5 cm (w) x 13. 5 cm (h) when folded on a flat surface, demonstrating significant soiling throughout but with no notable damage or wear, in very fine condition.
