Excellent Folky-Modernist Ceramic Trivet antique wooden apples I only just learned thatThe colorful glazing on the sides of this handmade ceramic trivet is really cool, but makes it a bit challenging to photograph as the color casts a glow under light trust that it is sharper and crisper looking in person, while yet also feeling very homemade; modernist and folky at the same time, and also reminding one a bit of a kindergarten cut paper snowflake. Hand drawn sgraffito for the white lines with glossy gray blue and black glaze and a
