I feel like these new 2018 releases from Tassi are thinner than recent past releases
an approach for which fellow-proponent of biodynamics Lalou Bize-Leroy has become well-known
This warm-vintage Barolo opens with a ripe and soft bouquet that brings out some nice cherry notes with creamy black fruit at the back
Rich but lively
Ripe but distinctly wild nose hints at strawberry and musky roast coffee
Montus, Madiran Prestige other_regions I feel like these newStill quite dark crimson. Very south west France concentrated essence of Bordeauxish grape varieteies. Tannins have softened however, even if the colour doesn't seem to have evolved much. Just medium weight and strongly Tannat like with some rigidity. I would decant for quite a while before serving. Still seems to have lots of life. Very vibrant. Fresh though with a dry finish. Definitely needs food.
