There is a fair amount of irregularity to the stone

and travelers (and the prototype of Father Christmas)--is especially popular in Eastern Orthodox icons

I don't know that this has a ton of age to it, but I think it's really quite a charming thing! 2 1 2" x 2 1 8" x 1 2" and in very good condition.
