A thirst quenching apritif, light and energetic yet a powerful, intensity of fruit and minerality abounds." 100% Chenin Blanc from a single vineyard near Paardeberg Mountain on decomposed granite. Planted in 1983, dry farmed, organic care since inception. Grapes harvested by hand, fermented mostly in stainless steel with some in large barrel.
