Domaine Pignier Côtes du Jura Trousseau 2022 Size:Regular spice and mineralsThe vines are located in the Val de Sorne gorge on Montaigu's southern slope. Gravelly limestone and variegated marls. Vineyards are farmed using biodynamic methods and the estate is Demeter certified.
