Pieropan Calvarino Soave Classico, 2019 Freisa Crisp Sauvignon Blanc mellowed out70% Garganega, 30% Trebbiano di Soave. This is a classic "Soave Classico" wine, from the Veneto region of Italy. The wine ages in glass lined cement tanks for a year. During this period, it remains on the fine lees for increased richness and complexity.
