These are from a group of wonderful old handmade animals I found this past weekend in New Hampshire (and splurged a bit on as I think they're pretty special)--I believe from a Noah's Ark set

I believe these date from the late 19th or very early 20th century

who consistently has wonderful things--18th century Spanish I believe

Box--which is well worn and features old blue tape along one edge as reinforcement--measures 2 1/2" tall x 1 5/8"w  x 1 1/4" d

also suggesting mountains

He also has a bit of the aspect of an alien, as in from outer space. (And if you happen to follow the Celtics, doesn't he look a little like Derric White, ha!?) I really don't know much other than he came to me from the collection of Joey Lin, Anonymous Works, and that he surprises me every time I look at him
