Metal and wood are worn, the hinges are reinforced with black duct tape, there is a small edge piece of one darkslide handle missing, and some flaws on the slide surface (no holes, though.) Suitable for parts or repair, and sold as is for this purpose: these may leak light, so we don't recommend that you buy them to use out of the box.
