The supporting tannins seem ripe so my rating offers the benefit of the doubt that the dryness is due to the recent bottling
and very well balanced
This is a decidedly mid-weight
It seems this is the year when Adrien Dhondt has fully realized the site's potential
The balance isn’t ideal and I would suggest drinking this on the younger side
Zind Humbrecht, Clos Jebsal Pinot Gris Size:6x375ml The supporting tannins seem ripeSome sweetness here, but the balance works to create a well integrated whole. It also sets the stage for peach, roasted almond, vanilla pastry and mineral flavors. It turns drier on the finish and needs a little time to come together. Well done. Drink now through 2010. 335 cases made. BS
