I also really love snapshots that feel like dance stills, and the silhouette posture of the figure at near left is so strange it feels a bit that way to me, too. At first I wondered if actually a man at all, or, rather, a sort of scarecrow but I think perhaps he has a rifle, or a rod, or something under his coat that is defining
