At first I thought the sparkle along her hairline was a little loose glitter

It is a rare occasion that I buy an old can

which I'd guess dates to the mid 19th century or so

I just find it a pretty perfectly wabi sabi thing, with the great funnel shaped form glazed a great ochre mustard with shiny black over top, over which the ochre has dripped on one side. 3 1 8" t x 4 9 16" across at lip.
