Shiny Black Old Chip Carved Tramp Art Frame, with Glass Schmid teapot framed 12" x 16"This super sharp looking old tramp art frame comes with glass, so as to be useable right away as a frame, though it would also be a really great one to turn into a mirror. The six layers of stacked, chip carved wood are in excellent shape, with no losses, and were carefully painted black with varnish or shellac over top. I am not totally sure if the paint is original to the piece or not, but it has been on it for some time, and would give a nice,
