I presume it dates from the late 60s or so

but I don't think a reminder to encourage one to wonder about things is a bad idea either

Antique Soldered Tin Flat Back Flying Dove Cookie Cutter Nathaniel hawthorne sewn of cotton fabric andLike a naive schoolgirl drawing rendered in tin, I really love the silhouette of the dove on this early folk art soldered cookie cutter, late 19th c Pennsylvania German I believe, with a true flat back making for easy hanging from a nail on the wall. To my eye, a pure, satisfying thing. 4" x 3 1 8" x 7 16" d and in very good condition with some minor rusting the surface, all to the good in my opinion.
