SOLD Wonderful 19th C. Folk Art Carved Frame with Hearts, Presumed Pennsylvania model railroad with what I take forCertainly this was made to function as a frame, but I'd be just as inclined to leave it empty and hang it just as it is, so lovely. All carved from one piece of wood, with a wonderful play of curves, angles, and straight lines, and clad in black and red paint, time softened but still strong, with the monogram E. M. F painted in cursive along the bottom edge of the frame. Clearly made with lots of love for a very loved one, with hearts everywhere.
