I find the combination of the form and surface decoration just perfect, and think it would be great filled with anything from a narcissus to an orchid to something leafy green. I believe this piece is specifically by Wilhelm Kagel Jr., who had studied at the Keramische Fachschule in Hhr, took over his father's
