Two extremely tiny tears on the top edge (maybe an extremely tiny piece missing from the edge)

the backs of a couple of the fold lines on the left have a few Brown spots of damp along them (lightly visible in places on the front… more so if held to light)

mild fold wear including a small tear at the top center intersection
