I'm so often struck by the playful the use of language on 19th century objects

made more so the latter as they sit on green painted necks with wing-like shoulders (or fluttering little arms) with furls holding white hearts below

which I think it does quite nicely

His name appears in large letters on both sides, followed on one side with "ones the this bottle" underneath translation: "owns" this bottle, I believe.
