Domaine La Florane "Je Ne Souffre Plus" Cotes du Rhone Villages, 2022 Württemberg The Baobab tree is endemic50% Grenache 50% Syrah. "At 400 metres altitude in excellent soil covered by pebbles. The destemmed grapes undergo short vatting at low temperature, just as they should be. Then, five months in concrete vats on the lees: we let the wine evolve while we listen and taste, patiently This dark wine is an explosion of red and black berry fruits. Like biting into a bunch of grapes."
