and the profile of a dog in the one to its right (and maybe also an embracing couple just underneath it)

like little tsunamis

with some dings and a few cracks to the Papier Mache and a little soiling

Unusual Beginning to Rot Old Stone Fruit Lemon sillver also as picturedA very good old stone fruit (alabaster) lemon, uncommonly green at either end and otherwise a richer darker than typical yellow, which, together with the ring of discoloration on the underside, make me believe meant to represent an over ripe one, in the process of decaying. (That lighter colored ring on the flatter bottom suggests it has been sitting on the table too long and has started to rot.) My favorite stone fruits are ones (most often peaches
