There is very fine mid-palate density to the much bigger and more powerful flavors that coat the palate with dry extract on the citrusy and bone-dry finale that offers impressive persistence

all wrapped in an austere if long finish

confit citrus and beeswax intertwined with delicate notes of honey with air

It’s delightful now and should drink fantastically over the coming 12-15 years

The big-bodied flavors possess a bit more size

Etienne Sauzet, Bourgogne Blanc Vintage:2018 There is very fine mid-palate(aged half in wood, half in steel with only ~10% of the portion in wood being new from Puligny vines). A very fresh and pretty nose combines notes of pear, apple and citrus where the latter element is also present on the racy, intense and lightly stony flavors that conclude in a bitter lemon inflected finish. This is a quality Bourgogne and worth checking out plus it will age.
