NV Calabretta Cala Cala Rosso, Sicily, Italy Calabretta aged a minimum of twoMulti vintage Nerello Mascalese (with a touch of Cappuccio) from high elevation Etna terraces (680900m), organically farmed. Fermented with native yeasts, macerated ~1 week, and aged in a mix of stainless and large neutral Slavonian oak. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal sulfur.
