Domaine Eden Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 CS20230804 The result is a ChampagneDomaine Eden is the sister project to legendary Mount Eden Vineyards, high in the Santa Cruz Mountains above Silicon Valley. Mount Eden bought the former Cinnabar estate in 2007, replanted, and now uses it to make a more approachable, fruit forward line in the Mount Eden mold.
