The bust and sleeve portion is a black velvet; everything else under is a smooth rayon and polyester blend. Inside lining is 100% acetate. Slight padding in the shoulder for structure (they are removable). Sleeves are short, but not capped. Small pleats at the breast for more structure and definition. Skirt is slightly flared at the
