Soil worked manually (4 5 passes yr); ratio of 1 vineyard worker per hectare; hand harvested. Blend of biodynamics, phytotherapy, homeopathy and geobiology. One person cares for one hectare extremely high ratio by Champagne standards. Ros dAssemblage (10% still red Meunier). Vinified in epoxy lined tanks. 24 months
