Le Blanc de Chateau Prieure-Lichine, Bordeaux, France 2019 Pecorino long acidityThis Bordeaux Blanc comes from the areas of Arsac and Cantenac. The white grape vineyards total 5. 5 acres on sandy gravel over a clay sub soil. The vines are an average of 25 year old and pruned in a double guyot system. All the grapes are harvested early September in small crates and manually sorted before whole bunch pressing.
