‘Stralisco’ is a selection of fruit from the ‘Lucciole’ vineyard (750 feet above sea level
so my responsibility for the 2019s was only in terms of harvesting
The patina of time allows it to develop aromas of great complexity and long persistence
The wine was created on a timeline of flavor development not on a production release schedule allowing the wine to find a perfect balance between its characteristic acidity coming from grapes grown at 1000ft elevation and texture developed over its long aging process
