2024 Outward SLO Coast Chardonnay San Luis Obispo Coast, USA Estancia Distillery The wine proves beautifully slenderOur 2024 SLO Coast Chardonnay is primarily composed of Chardonnay from Golden Bluff, a very cold climate vineyard we farm on the southern most end of the appellation. It is situated a mere 3 miles from the ocean. We also included a small amount of Chardonnay from Coquina vineyard of Rancho Arroyo Grande. Yields in 2024 were quite low for white grapes, so we elected to combine both sites after pressing and fermented them together in our 1200L
