Pouillon Ostrea acuminata marlORGANIC: Certified VINEYARD: Vignes de Ratier is a sunny terroir in the village of Morogues where the bedrock lies just centimenters below the surface. 7,500 vines hectare SOIL: Kimmeridgian marl bedrock under just 50 centimeters of topsoil. VINIFICATION: Direct pressing of grapes, fermented with natural yeast in a combination of wooden vats and tank. AGING: Aged in on the lees in a combination on 70% wood (Foudres and used 400L barrels) and 30% tank.
