2023 Petite Empreinte Pinot Noir Coteaux Bourguignons 'Mas a Tierra', Burgundy, France Burgundy 2017 Rivers-Marie BFrom a parcel of Pinot Noir planted in 1990 on a west facing slope of Portlandian limestone in Vincelottes near Irancy. The whole clusters were fermented spontaneously in barrique with a 30 day maceration, with no sulfur and with two punchdowns. The wine aged for 11 months in barrique without racking and bottled unfiltered with a tiny dose of sulfur.
