The finishing gives it hints of cherry, dried fruit, and charred oak. At 80 proof, it's an excellent pour to have with a meal because it won't overpower your food. Age NAS Mash Bill 63% Corn. 27% Rye. 10% Malted Barley. Proof 80. 40% ABV.
