The bottled 2019 Las Iruelas is clearly the highlight of the vintage (together with the 2019 Rumbo al Norte from the Comando G portfolio)

the 2020 Sanford & Benedict Vineyard Pinot Noir saw quite a bit more stems and was fermented with 40% stems and brought up in 20% new oak

The vines are 40 years old on average

They settled in the Massís de Bonastre (Baix Penedés) characterized by its clay and limestone soils

Produced with Barbera grapes from the oldest vineyards of Tenuta Garetto
