NV | Ohmine '2 Grain' Yamadanishiki Sake | Japan (720ml) Rogue Valley These intense flavors of apricotUsing Yamadanishiki rice polished to 35% rice polishing ratio, this sake is fun, bright, delicate and slightly sweet. Notes of bright yellow flowers will grace your nose first, with a hint of mango juiciness and rice confectionery powder on the palate. It has some lean mineral notes with an astringency to balance it out, with a pleasant, long finish that tells us its brewed under excellent supervision.
