Brasserie des Voirons Framboise 2025 SPBURGUNDY 50/50 Chardonnay and Pinot NoirFresh raspberries, picked essentially down the road. Brasserie des Voirons builds this one on a big base of malt and then folds in fruit grown near the brewery in the Haute Savoie, and the ratio shows: it's tart and vivid rather than jammy or sweet. Long fermentation and months in old barrels give it real tang and depth, with raspberry that tastes like the fruit rather than the syrup. Hazy, pale ruby, alive, and dangerously easy to finish. Organic,
