The Rathclogh Edition 1. 1 is made from Irish barley grown by Richard Raftice on his farm in Kilkenny, Ireland. It has a nose of fresh hay, black pepper, black currant jam and butterscotch. Stewed apple, black cherry, and hot chocolate on the palate. The finish is warm and gently spiced. Age 3
