It is vinified in oak and is 70% of the base vintage with the remainder a perpetual reserve started in 1986

This wine attacks and finishes like classic schist wines: a strongly mineral and metallic pressure directly on the back and side palate

so we are really excited to finally release a wine from this truly historic site

of manzanilla selected with the help of Willy Perez and Ramiro Ibañez of M

Aged for 10 months in old French oak (no new)
